Hi All
Had good use of this forum a few years back when I had first a 90 and then a 110 Defender.
Now I got carried away last night and paid the deposit for a good looking 40 years old series III.
(And straight away booked an appointment to sell our second car! )
It's a long time dream come...

If MOD landys are of interest then I know they have a few at "Drop Zone" in Bury. Priced from £2500 and up. I know it's not in Surrey, but nor far away either. They are really nice guys too.

This weekend I'm going to pick up a Sankey.
It's a Narrow track with 12v electrics. I have set the Nato hitch onto the adjustable, feel ready to go. But I just had a thought, is there anything special I need to know about sankeys?
* How are they to tow compared to a "normal" 6*4 trailer...
