I have heard some talk about the heated windscreen sometimes causing problems with reception due to the fine wires laminated between the glass causing interference. Check if yours has this option.

Thanks all. I've been out testing the resistance of each half and it definitely looks like the screen itself is fubarred as its not reporting any resistance and no continuity either. Just as well the fan and air con works......;)
