hallo..are the injector pipes on a 200tdi & 300tdi interchangable? If not can anyone give me the part numbers for the 200tdi pipes cos I can't seem to find them anywhere :confused: Edit - title is suppposed to say 200/300 doh

That's the gasket for the far end of an intermediate pipe. The downpipe has only got three studs and mine hasn't got a gasket..no problems in a squillion miles so far.

At the risk of falling for a wind up, the answer that is staring you in the face here is replace the solenoid

Check the fan belt is tight enough.

You should have over 14v with the engine running so sounds like you've a problem with the alt

Obviously Turners and loads of their impressed customers would disagree with you there.

I didn't really take much off at all..all I did was take out the casting imperfections (there are loads on these old heads) so it was all smooth and just polished till it shone! You need to take the valve guides out to do it properly. Could've taken loads more off the ports than I did and still...

Did my 2.25 5mb with a dremmel..made a big difference. Used to go up this hill near me in 2nd, after porting & polishing went up in 4th!
