I've just been searching in here as suggested, I see it's a common fault, I love the car and the fact that this is the first thing to be wrong with it in almost 9 years it's worth the money, I love my landrovers! I will take it to a garage and suggest looking at that and get them to confirm...

Thank you all for your help, it sounds like a jack hammer! It does disappear as soon as I accelerate and only when idle, turning the steering wheel both ways or putting the heating on or air con - I will have the crankshaft looked at - is it a big job? I mean is it going to cost a lot, Many...
