    Leak of pipe can be bought by the metre cheaply. 3.2mm internal diameter is the one you want.

    Washers look ok they are the new type. Did you torque the clamp down to 25nm?

    Quick update for those interested. Problem did reapear and was caused by faulty stop tail bulb holder! :confused:

    Used to have a very similar problem until i aquired a big angry hob ferret by the name of midge. He lived happily in his hutch in the back garden and i’d regulary let him wander around. Ratty was smart and decided to move on.

    Hopefully it is something as simple as a bad earth. Rebuilt onto a new chassis last year and i did take note that the earth negative battery lead is not in great shape. It runs battery > flag lug to chassis > gearbox. The crimp on the chassis cable is loose to a degree. I rebuilt it with a...
