Hi can anyone suggest anywhere else I can try for a headlight connector kit. It is for my 2002 TD5 , I am puttting the face lift headlights on.The only place I can find the kit is a simtek and for two headlights its going to cost me £38.00! Also..can anyone suggest where I may be able to fine...

Hi, it is probably not your seal around the roof...There is lots and lots about this on forums etc , it seems to be a common fault on TD5s. I have read it is..a broken plastic spigot which is attached to the drain tubes. I belive it takes about 3 hours in total to fix..headlining out etc. Sorry...

Yeah seems to be the tried and trusted method..with old engine oil!! seems to be no complaints..looking at Dinatrol and Sika..had a couple of quotes this morning..looks like I am going to do it myself! Alan

Hi all I wonder if anyone can recommend a good company who carries out underbody seal with such products as Dinitrol or POR15. I have read it is quite intesive if it is done properly. Ie with the Dinitol. preping the underneath of car.and using the Dinitrol Rc 900 in all cavaties. sills chassis...
