    Confused by my VIN

    Found chassis number in paperwork. Truck is in the middle of being shipped so I haven't been able to see it personally. All adds up and was able to decode it. 1983 series 3 109. Strange that the title and associated paperwork state that it's a defender 110.

    Evening gents, Isn't my vin supposed to start with an S and be 17 digits long? I have checked out several Land Rover Vin decoder's and mine just doesn't seem to make sense.
