    Range Rover P38 2001 - Having an issue with the Blower on the heater. The Blower is running about 3/4 speed and will not turn off. I Can turn it up to MAx but not down. When I turn the control the digital display showed the lower setting but the fan does not respond. Does anyone have any thoughts?
