Also give your red plug off your ECU a check for engine oil like saxavordian said. It’s under the drivers seat

Could be your turbo waste gate rod sticking. It’s a worthwhile job anyway! I’ve put a link to a YouTube video that shows you how to loosen it step by step. I was having similar issues and this is what sorted it.
