This is really bugging me now after using a mates disco and feeling the difference in quality. Basically mine is alright over over stuff slowly like under 5mph, bumpy roads etc. Not too loud and feels nice enough. But standard country lanes doing say 25mph over potholes its quite a bang going into them, all the interior plastics seem to squeak or rattle when going over the potholes. Admititly his disco is on air and mines on springs, but my first disco was too and it didn't smash into the potholes the same way. Its the cabin noise that really bothers me. Although it drives pretty quiet at 70 on a nice road, its just the slightest pothole and its so loud. Although I also noticed his engine is so much quieter from inside... don't really know how that could be..
Any idea if this is just a simple(ish) case of it needing new springs and shocks, and will be reinstalling air on rear. Don't really want to do it all to find it still hits the holes hard and loud
