Roverron's Mafam unit - Great!

Just installed one of RoverRon's Mafam units on my TD4 - Great results!

Probably a repeat thread from other satisfied customers but a definate improvement in performance, from pulling off to mid range torque, and quicker 50-70 times.

Recommended to any TD4 owner - easy self install with clear instructions.

Thanks RoverRon! - When I have more cash I will probably buy the tuning module - unless anyone has got one on here for sale?

is this the part you replace to increase power if you think the maf sensor is out of spec ? im unsure how to exactly tell, i pick my freelander td4 up on sunday, i test drove it and it felt fine, power all the way, no lag etc... so wondered if i could buy the tuning unit, or if i should but this bypass thing first, its a 03 plate TD4 with 72k on the clock, full landrover service history.

Hi moss,
get the tu3 with maffam, about £180 from roverron.This has the tuning gissmo and the maff compansater all in one.You will notice a big differance when you fit it.Money well spent to help get the best out of your hippo.Dont forget to clean all filters and breathers. I have just fitted one to my td4 with great results all though i have had to order a new maff sensor from roverron due to alot of black smoke and lag.
