Bloody annoying, I'm starting to wonder how many other common faults the td4 has! Might have to sell it soon before it goes wrong again.

Price for a relaible car = priceless
Price for owning a Landrover Discovery TD5 ES (2001 with 90K miles)
So this is a message for all those people that are about to submit a post entitled "i am thinking of buying a discovery, what do you think?"
My answer to you is, if your loaded, don't mind your car being off the road (in a garage i mean) and regard money as that stuff that just gets in the way and are looking for a way of burning wads of it. Then a LandRover discovery is truely the car for you. I hope your very happy together.

.

Over £2,000 spent at dealer last year alone.

i still wud like to have a go putting the 2litre turbo "T" series lump in a Hippo - just aint got time at the mo - that was an option if "new engine required" on mine.
