I'm sure everyone knows that I have had problems with my TD4 not starting, well I have fixed it in half an hour at the cost of 4p. Fuel pressure regulator on the end of the Injection pump has 2 7mm rubber O rings. Mine had ripped and was allowing fuel back down the return at too low pressure so the common rail wasn't getting the pressure it needed. Replaced the O rings and it now starts!

Nice one earthling ,ya didnt give up ,would er cost ya a fortune if the stealers fiddled wiv it,just shows ya ,mind you first time i ever heard that rubber seal going,but you was on the right lines all along. . . .:) :) :)
