Pulling left under heavy braking

Did a search and found the following
Check that a caliper has not seized, this will cause the car to pull to the left or right.

Check that your panhard bushes are not worn.

Check that your pads are not worn on one side only.

Check that your tracking is not out, this can be out if your track rod ends are worn out.

My money is on seized calipers, this is common. Remove caliper and spray wd40 or copperslip around caliper piston. Wind in with a G clamp 3 or 4 times and refit.
Just had the brakes done(front pads-rear discs and pads) should I take it back to the fella that did em or sort it me slef?It has been stood or a few weeks.
