I have disabled my EAS self-levelling by replacing the delay relay (ANR4652) with a 4-pin relay. Could someone tell me which colour wire to the relay is the live one, as I want to instal a switch to sometimes completely disable the system?

The most likely issue is the springs I would have thought. Measure to check the ride height using the chassis rather than body to check. If that is all level then if the body is rubber mounted check them.

Nonsense, the nuts are steel obviously, just like the studs as supplied by Land Rover. The 2a had the original double ended wheel nuts, while surface rust would appear they never needed replacing. I must have lived a sheltered life as I have...

Sounds a bit like a problem I used to have on Leyland Hydracyclic gearboxes on buses. The valves would get blocked with cack and stick. Luckily they are extenally fitted and easy to remove and clean out. Regular oil filter changes helped. but I...

An update, no I'm not on the road with the Range Rover. The car was eventually taken to a dealer at Waimes who had a slot they could fit it into. But, the recovery truck didn't manage to get it there in time, so it's still sitting there with no...

Morning All. :D R.Knee & Hip are complaining and that is now throwing the back into spasm. Grrrr... :( To make matters worse I put the bins out, hobbled round to the petrol station for a paper and found I had brought an old pound coin instead...

My car is a 2002 model without a facelift. The odometer reset button is not working. What could be the problem? I would be very grateful if there is a solution. Also, what is the purpose of the cable with the loose end that I have circled in red...

Yeah, this really does seem to be a weak spot in the design. If the hinges had been made a bit stronger, a lot of these issues could’ve been avoided. Even a small knock or bit of pressure is enough to throw things out of alignment, and then...

That’s a pretty common issue when you swap things out yourself. Unfortunately, on the Disco 3 a lot of components need to be recalibrated with diagnostics after any work. If you don’t have the right kit, best bet is to get it to a specialist or...

I haven't removed the seal yet, but when I checked it by hand, there was a bumpy surface and red antifreeze was leaking as if it had crystallized. I think the hot weather and the engine temperature damaged the integrity of the seal. Actually, I...

Unless you bought cheapos, they shouldnt rust for years, and I live in a place where they use a salt brine in the winter on the roads. If you worried about rust and cost, the extra you would have paid for stainless steel you are now paying for a...

Hi, that's the problem IMO, it must be connected and energised to be swapped also after that it needs calibration so you need a proper diagnostic tool which has this function, you can just simply mechanically swap it
