You can buy "plug and play" where you just plug the replacement ECU in. l think it's just the immobiliser that's disabled. There's a company near me who does them. Around £700 when l bought one.

Alternator and water pump has been changed a while a go along with the thermostat and radiator Are the body and engine ECUs plug and play or do you have to program them to chassis?

Yes, changing both front and rear diffs, as I explained in my initial question that created this monstrosity of a thread. I also looked at changing the secondary gears inside the transfer case, but there is nothing available for my rare NV225...

I’d be changing the stub axle seals as the oil that’s dripping looks like ep90

In the second picture there looks like there is some corrosion on the gasket around the water port which could be enough for it to seep out.
