Try to bleed the clutch fluid first.
If not better, change the master cylinder put one from Luk brand.
If you are a yogi master is not that difficult, you should also know how to disconnect the master from the slave without the right tooling.

Recon you just need the repair kit for axle of your year and fit new Railko bush and seal. You also need to set the swivel pre load for it to work right. How to info on the Youtube.
