I didn't see one. Although I wasn't looking at the time. Will be weekend before I can get back to it. Not a number plate as in V123 ABC? You mean like a VIN number somewhere?

If we’re not careful this could end up like the “please ignore” thread in the freelander section

Btw don’t buy a CR-Max on Amazon. Lots of fakes. I’m in Langley near Heathrow. Not CIA.

Ive just had to go check that 😂 , and no still no lights. Off topic question ,but I don't suppose you would know where the cd multi changer goes in the P38 ? mine doesn't have one fitted and I'd like to add it. Back story on my car it's a...

It could be a small oil seal. You can argue or check it yourself. I've never seen one in person and I'm always willing to learn. Especially in my job. Open it up, I dare yeah, in fact stop looking for the easy answer on here and find out...

Thanks, I understand. It looks like there is an internal rubber seal that is not just an O-ring. That could be where the leak is coming from. Also there might be a gasket that is not shown in the picture of the replacement solenoid, which could...

I can literally see from the picture that the internal O-ring is not circular. Maybe you should have a look at the picture. If I wanted to just get in there and do it then I would not have come on this forum to ask questions about it, I would...

It's a common design which I see a lot on bus air brake components. It'll be a thin O ring. If you ccn slacken the 2 halves and get in there with a sliding vernier it should be possible to get the internal diameter. But without that measurement I...

You never get two o-rings to seal against each other. It'll be an oring that's circular, you just need to find the dimension by pulling the bugger off👍

I emailed iCarSoft about that issue. We shall see what they say. I also emailed a company in England that sells a lot of diagnostic equipment that might know if the V3 works on my car or not.

Bemble commented to me earlier on another forum about my diff change idea. He did not yet comment on this topic on this forum or on the other forum where I posted the identical issues. In the attached photo I see two o-rings. But there might...

That would be awesome if you mean Langley near to Stevenage? And not the CIA headquarters in America. The iCarSoft does not work on the P38. Your CR-Max, if it is the V3 with the latest software, will be identical to the LR V3. I bought the LR...

Thanks Everyone, seems there is quite a few different ways to do this, cant weld so making my own exhaust is out of the question. I have heard some use the Disco Rad and some use 2.25d exhaust manifold. Got my bloody head spinning now. Is it...

If I am driving at 70 mph in fifth gear and then I forced my gearbox to go into third gear, I will theoretically use the same fuel but I am putting more stress on the components by running them at a faster speed. I wish to God I never mentioned...

I have the Icarsoft CR-Max which apparently uses the same SW as the V3 Land Rover Version, but covers all most cars. Never tried it on an L322 though cos I aint got one. Works well on my Merc C180 & both Freelanders. For my P38's it shows...
