    Get a multimeter out and find the 12V live at the ignition key? Run a line from that?

    Oh wow okay thanks .. Will try see if I can get the codes if not will defo at least try and quiz my technician in regards to this matter. So that means things like locking/unlocking the vehicle and simply getting ignition wouldn’t happen?

    The two litre diesel had them holes and they are tell tale holes for the liner seals, not sure if the 2.25 are the same?
