Thanks Mike. Now I know it has a Handbrake warning light I can fix it, the switch is dodgy and will need replacing, but there is no voltage on the wire meaning a blown fuse, broken wire or blown bulb causing the open circuit. Can you tell me which...

That seems bloody expensive. I’d be doing 1 x 40’ container - fill it with 2 cars and your other junk stuff (use the space in the cars also), and ship from/to ports that prove the most cost-effective. I was recently talking to some guys doing a...

Relisted, 3 bids, winning bidder cancels because he found out the “PROJECT”, which I stated I couldn’t finish repairing, which he saw photos of as per this thread, didn’t have a current MOT so he couldn’t drive it home! 🙄😡

My tratter has never, ever, failed to get me to my destination. It once got me from Plymouth to Grantham, and then back down to Kent with a burst booster hose. A bit slow, but it got me there.

Bear in mind that they don't salt the roads in Japan so that rust may be a lot more superficial than it would appear.

@Chalky, thanks for the feed-back! If everything goes well on my side, I should be able to pick the old lady up today with a set of loaner SUs! Long term, I do tend towards a weber now, less risk of going obsolete and overall more power, which is...

Thanks for all this. I think I'll start with the Deadn from Dodo and see how I go. I'm intending to put the Exmoor rubber mat in the front anyway - so this should help. And I will get a rubber mat for the back as well.....
