Bit steep for me, ultimately whatever I get is going to sit in the side of the field for 10 years before being touched and then rebuilt over the next 6-8 years to hand the keys to the child at 18. After sitting that long any vehicle will need a...

There appear to be 2 sets of recirc flaps in there. The inner ones don't seem to be sitting evenly. Any ideas what they're both actually for?

I guess ultimately something is only worth as much as another will pay for it! I feel like its a typical case of sellers wanting top money for their cars but buyers wanting something for nothing. There are a lot of dreamers out there, but if...

Trying this right now. Just waiting for the ecu to go to sleep. Annoyingly it didn't make the noise (that I noticed) when I just opened it up 🤬

I got the 12k for mine after the fire from the insurance with no arguments, but that was 3 years ago now. I completely agree with your comment about we spend too much on them without increasing the value. I have no intention of ever selling mine...

Take the plenum off under the bonnet and you'll be able to see the door motors move when you unlock the car, if it's one of those I expect you'll quickly diagnose it. Pull the rubber seal off, 2x 13mm nuts (yellow arrow) Vent door mechanism...

I'm confused, which car does the OP have? Evoque, Vogue (assuming L322) or the old Facebook Marketplace favourite "Vouge or Jeep" which frankly could mean anything on there.

Don’t worry, if you had a RR instead you’d still feel like burning it. Difference is we’d be able to give a lot more advice. I’m afraid the only thing in common with a RR is the badge so we here aren’t over familiar with the specific...
