Yes LHD. I’m going to try from the inside the engine bay again. Otherwise I need to disconnect a few hoses to get the heater off. Thanks for all your help everyone.

Diesel wash I guess. Maybe 2 injectors are well stuck open ?? I put a set of known working ones in and haven't looked at the ones that came out. One was missing anyway.

Thanks very much Freddie 17 for your reply ;), its gives me the re-assurance that I should be able to get the subframe replaced. I had already seen a new after market subframe on Ebay complete with control arms for around £440. I also recall...

There are no driver demand or other pedal-related errors. As far as I remember I've replaced harnes 3y ago. Before posting, I cleaned the red plug and ECU port—there was some oil present. On Tuesday, I will replace the injector harness and let...

Did you have any pedal errors as described in your first post happen? Have you done your injector harness? If not then change it, monitor the red plug for oil and clean periodically.

Me and Nodge did the rear on my FL1, not the same I know, but I managed to get a reasonable second hand one and had it shot blasted and professionally painted. Subframe was £100 from ebay and the blast and paint was £80. That might be an option...

    1) Yes, I replaced my rear subframe last autumn with a brand new one. Did it myself, on my drive. Everything else under the car was fine, no welding required. I bought all the suspension arms (with bushes) along with the subframe. The frame and...
