I reckon, if it comes to it, I'll just buy one new. What bothers me in this plan is that, a while back, I mailed an eBay seller who's (complete) cage had gone unsold (id not seen it, else I'd have bought it). He told me he couldn't get rid of...

Depending on how good you are with a welder… get a kit form & build yourself. Now there are 2 ways. Front hoop across the front screen or up from footwell/bulkhead outrigger going rearward to the hoop behind the seats.then weld a straight tube...

Aha I remember now, big rubber grommet. Is it lhd in Canada? I think it is. There should be a bleed nipple in the top of the slave cylinder next to where the flexi pipe goes into it. You might be able to undo from inside the engine bay with...

Hi all, Any help would be appreciated. I have a 2011 Freelander 2 which has a wooshing noise when accelerating and under load. It’s seems under powered and running rich at times. Idles rough especially when air con turned on. I have changed all...

Made some forms to fit the headliner map recess similar to yours. Now waiting for the weather to cool a bit before doing the headlining. Board is already in the garage & cleaned up.

Hi, fellow smoker. I also have a 19J. My problem is similar to yours. When I start it, it smokes a lot and I smell burnt oil. Once started, after a good acceleration, the bike cuts out and no longer smokes. Except when I go down a hill in gear...

The slave cylinder is vertical on the clutch bell housing right? But I'm having a hard time getting to the bleed nipple, which I assume is on it? Also in Canada, so it's fitted with a heater on the bulk head cabin side.

Anaconda replied to the thread Series 2A clutch bleed access.
Sorry, what do you mean, what are you trying to do bleed the clutch? All I did was release the bleed nipple and let it flow through, make sure the master cylinder stays full of fluid. Have you even located the slave cylinder?
