What's the sealing face like on the shaft?
Is it scored and if it is can you rub some emery cloth around to smooth it out. If you can get a finger nail in a score line it may be needing to be changed😬
If they've rotted, some heat, oil and a good pair of mole grips.
Or cut the buggers off with a grinder👌
Then cut and make the old bolts flush and drill then out to fit bolts if you're using the part again 👍

Mine did the same but wasn’t salvageable, I did look on ebay though and there is a lot on there that should work as a replacement but they’re expensive, so I’d have a look and see if there are any used on there a bit cheaper.
