What scantool gave you that code? remove the ACE relay, bridge the contact's cavities in the fusebox with a wire, read all te live inputs at idle and post them here then i'll tell you more ... also make an output/circuit test for the PCV and DCVs...

Sorry, should have said - I don't think there are any leaks as such, but the previous owner loved to hose out the back which will have driven water round the edge of the plate and underneath.

The bed floor is an aluminium alloy, so won't really rot due to water.....
