You asked Chat GPT ??? So your car is a left hooker (left hand drive) ? I presume that under the drivers seat is the battery box ? This would seem (to me) to be the best place. You can get waterproof cable entry glands ... or just buy...

Exactly wot I’d got in mine ^^^. First aid, compressor, random emergency tools like a 10mm +\-driver, water, ropes, d shackles, they were really handy like when my rad pipe burst - you just grab the one you need and all the bits are there to...

Have the glow plugs checked as well. Even one not functioning will stop a regen👍 The pressure sensor value should be around 2 bar at idle, 4 tops. If it's more and also a really high figure at 2500rpm then it'll confirm a partially blocked or...

I've got a parking sensor kit I'd like to fit to the 110 as I'm occasionally required to do the school run in it and that can be a squeeze in the Mini. All the sensors feed back to a box which is basically the brain of the whole thing, this then...

Ooh I need one of those for the left hand side🤔 it'll stop my top up bottle and compressor getting about of their own 👍

You can open and close the windows using the Nanocom which proves the systems after the switch pack work, I.e becm and out stations in the doors. You've already proved that certain window motors work. Hopefully just dirty switch pack contacts. It...

Hi Nodge. The CV joint on the original was too damaged to just replace the gaiter on it. I'm in Ireland so availability of parts is no where near as good as in the UK. When it was ripped (and stuck at the mechanics place) the local motor factors...

Okay, it took me far longer than I care to admit to realise that on the Defender the thicker ARBs are at the front and the thinner are at the back, which goes against all my understanding of ARBs and seems really odd considering that the back...

Hey Keith, does your two have the down and under bleed pipe that goes beneath the battery tray? I replaced the down and under type for a rubber tube that goes around the battery and directly to the coolant tank. Far less bother bleeding after that😎👍

That might be a fuel called Aspen. Supposed to be fancy clean burning, doesn’t clog up the engine and good for the environment but it costs a packet. I stick to 4*.

Years ago W bought a Stihl HSA 25. Recommended by a friend who gardens very well and does a lot of it. It works fine. She cannot find the two sets of blades that cut "grass" (she bought an extra) although she still has the mini hedgecutter ones...

May be chambered internally and is 2 built into one unit for space saving?

Not usually. Two Cats feed a single centre box, that then splits to two rear boxes. But saying that my MOT guy did find differences in the two tailpipe emissions !! Even he agreed it didn't make sense.

... all the firewood is safely stowed away. :) As a special "bonus" I deconstructed the large palletised crate it all came in and sawed that up for kindling. 3 full sacks of kindling that I don't have to buy. 👍 Went out for a quick blast in...

Looking at the amount of snow, it's unlikely to be the UK. And I'm jealous of all that snow, I love snow...... Perfect weather for the Niva. (Sorry for swearing)

And the exhaust pipes? If they're separate all the way through may be worth getting a test reading from both pipes to back up the lambda sensor readings?

GEMS definitely has separate trims for each bank. Don't know about Thor. The pics above do show trim values, but the recording Pete12345 sent shows zeros ?? Also Nanocom is labelling them as Downstream when it should show Upstream Trims...

I have issues after overhowling the engine (and the rest of the car) to read out errors. Engine not running. Is there any modern alternative to the testbook that can do the job (or parts of it)?

Used these --- nematodes. Thanks for that. I have heard of nematodes although uncertain as to their effectiveness. A good gardener round here disapproves of them, can't remember why, so we never took it any further.

Theres definitely something going on with the bank b readings, the voltages definitely aren't going high enough. It's indicating that bank b is running lean, which given the mot picked it up as lean, suggests the 02 sensors may actually be ok...
