Any wetness around the rad areas, The egr valves and coolers? Any oil heat exchangers? Gearbox oil heat exchanger?

I It does yes and into a tube built into the casing. It goes to the right and down the tank side edge to underneath. 👍

Sat on a rebuilt lt230 1:12 the brakes are up to the task I’ve fitted anti roll bars and new props I’ll deal with the diffs if they fail but I think they should be up to the job. I’m not planning any off road work A muddy field will be the worst...

If it's just been driven there will be some pressure my mate. If it's cold there shouldn't be. The more modern systems are more efficient as these engines run even hotter for the emissions so they had to up the game for the cooling systems. 👍

Just be mindful of the extra forces on the drive train due to the programming 👍

It was just loose on the floor tbf! The real one is cable operated and needs to be taken off

What have you replaced the nylon hoses with? I'd suggest replacing them with clear fuel line so you can see any air leaks/bubbles and track them.
