TBH, as it is such a pain to get to, (I did my pump a year or two ago) I'd simply replace the pump. You don't have to take quite as much stuff off as is said in manuals, but it is more time consuming than difficult.

Thanks, will be greasing everything, will look into S2 manual for bolt sizes. I have found a of suppliers who are advertising bolts for specific areas such as floors, wings etc but these do seem expensive way to buy what I need.

if the pump is running and it still wont start then could be injector faults due to an ECU issue or wiring/harness issue, or perhaps an immobilizer issue, has it been plugged in to any diagnostics to see if there is any codes and you can connect...

yes, the above posts will only sort the park light issue, the starting issue is most likely a separate issue. does the temp rise with ignition on but before you crank?

A D2 on rear air is like a race car compared to a D3 handling wise.

The older s2 manuals actually tell you the bolts dimensions, so maybe ask on here or the s2forum or buy a s2 manual.

Always and I mean always grease stainless bolt threads, normal grease is just fine.
