    You can get stainless in different strengths, but the stronger ones are not cheap, in fact all special bolts seems bloody expensive at the minute.

    If you don’t have the kit or comfortable with fip time it up using Datas ruler method. 50-60% should be okay for now. 50 is ideal. Important when you retime it that the final movement MUST be towards the engine.

    The spot weld are a lot bigger than rivot holes so I haven’t figured out which it’s the best way to do it , probably wait until the part I’ve ordered arrives & contemplate a plan
