To be fair, most of Stanley Sir!'s poo comes out of his mouth (fingers on a keyboard), so there isn't much to actually flush.

No need to be personal re size of jobbies. Mine usually flush with one flush. And not being a golf person I don't have any irons, not even a mashie niblick. As for eating less, if I did so, I would turn inside out, such are my efforts to lose the...

Piece of cake once you've got the body off :) Not too difficult but depending which ones they need to be tightened with them at normal road height.

My "bargain basement" ^0 reg TDV8 4.4 is seemingly performing well. I had a problem with the drivers side heating not working, my local indie garage got a new valve for it, wrong unit, so a day's delay. It was different to all the advice gleaned...

Thanks Kev I'm not sure why it won't upload! I've tried a shorter version too but no joy One thing I've noticed is when you roll forwards slightly and steer it comes of slightly easier. Would that indicate box too?

A PM (private message) is not public. It is an site offence to make an PM public which offers you a sort of security to beemer away. BMW owned JLR for many years before Ford. This is why you get bmw diesel engined RRs. many here love them...

Finished installing the Roamerdrive OD and took Winnie out on a test drive. I can finally reach 80kph, and it certainly has reduced the sound levels and tone. I realize it will take a while to properly "bed in" but so far I'm very happy. I'm now...

Bits you most likely already have, Yellow f/vests for everyone in the car, red triangle, now in France on a 4x4 all tyres must be same mark and about the same tread level on the same axle, you need a UK sticker for the back not a GB, head light...

Looking for some more help with Discovery metalworking. I'm replacing my rear crossmember, and I've uncovered a few holes I want to/have to patch up before I can get to the main event. First up is the section above the rear window, below the...

The mechanical parts are the same but the sensors are different. Make sense since one runs on the lucas electric and the other on bosch electrics.

It's 22L, not 021 or 02L. They never made an axle with those codes. Defender 90 front axle. https://www.lrworkshop.com/axles-differentials/axlecodes You old gits are your own worst enemies! Post big pictures, not postage stamps. Clean the mud...

My guess is they're the heights the car estimates for each corner given sensor voltages and once you input the true values it adds or subtracts that figure to give the correct height.

Hi all My discovery 2 steering is sticking on full left lock and is hard to get it to come back, it's jamming to the point you can't force it and have to rock the steering to get it to release. Video attached. It's also making a crunching/...

Reservoir pressure is a little low but that should go back up again. Compressor may have shut down due to temperature but should restart when it's cooled down. I don't think those heights matter too much. Have you re measured each corner after...
