Classic3.9 v8 injection. There are 2 fuel lines from the tank to the engine bay, one is from the fuel pump and the other is the fuel return pipe.My question is, which side of the rail do the pipes go too? does the pipe from the pump go to the fuel...
Did you put the measured values in from the wheel centers to the arch for each corner?
The rim size would only matter if your tool tells you to measure from the rim.
I can remember when seat belts first came out my ma, being a doctor, and very safety conscious, was mad keen on them so we had three point fixed ones, i.e. not inertia reel fitted in the front of our Morris Minor while in the rear we two had to...
Right so tried to recalibrate height and didn't matter what mm I put in it did nothing 🤣
Yes all doors were shut and it was running
And i also turned off after and restarted still showing no faults on dash
I found the housing here

Yes clean it up and just a tad of grease in the selector cups. Stick is available new, housing may be hard to find. There is a series 3 stick and housing on the flea bay. S3 stick has one bend S2 stick has two.
Not quite. Although the block & heads are basicall the same, the camshaft pulleys, crank & cam sensors are different between GEMS & Thor. Obviously the intake, but also the coils & brackets. Cooling system pipe routing & radiator are different.
I'm no eggspurt on these beasts, just read the manual a few times and being an engineer for over 40 years gives you a certain perspective when tracing faults.
Bumping this thread as my fathers 2014 Freelander is experiencing similar issues
Background - battery kept draining. would jump start just fine and drive but wouldn't hold charge for very long
Battery was removed from the car and tested, given...
Thanks for all the clarification. First of all i have the transmissions and the differentials in mind. If the core engine without the intake is the same too, I could relaxed refurbish the spare one and just swap it in when it's finished. Both...
Ok to add further to this, the new module was fitted but there has been no luck communicating with the keys for some reason
What is next on the circuit after that control module?
Turns out the lever and housing have been bored out by some incompetent bellend sometime in the past resulting in the lever locating notch being enlarged by movement of the wrong fitting screw. So it’s out. Am going to get a new lever and...
it definitely has it, i have an old one too...the soft was updated only for air suspension and ACE for the engine has everything from the beginning... if you go to programming - there is the "learn security code" and injector coding somewhere
Def not a diseasel expert, but several people have been saying stay away from M57, but that the N57 535 is much better ??
(always fun to pipe in on a thread I know nothing about)
As above, what parts are you swapping ? If it's just the drivetrain (based on the first post & title), then the only mechanical difference is the 4-pin front diff in the Thor.
Is something bad on the Thor that needs replacing ?
Have you seen the price of Yamaha and Suzuki 50cc moped from the 1970's
l don't think buyers actually ride them, l've never seen one on the road and at bike shows they're brought in vans or on trailers.
Back in the day we thought our AP50's...
Tried searching, but couldn't find anything.
I reached out to Bell to get a recon VCU for my '00 1.8 Freelander. They don't seem to do overseas business. As I am in the EU, this is an issue. Does anyone know of a reputable dealer for properly...
