I have a leak from my exhaust coming from the manifold area, are they prone to cracking or is it likely to just be the gasket ?
 
Mine had a broken manifold stud, the one closest to bulkhead. Easy fix.
 
Forgot to say it had the head replaced just before I got it, so done about 4k since.
I amuse a new gasket was used.
