The 061 will fit just fine, the 065 and the HP22 have a spacer fitted in between the auto box and the transfer box to make up for the shorter overall length of the boxes. You may need to use the oil pump from your HP22 to march up with the torque converter.

It should say something like 030 - 065 on the identification plate on the replacement box This is a direct swap for the HP22 after the diesel bellhousing and torque converter are fitted.

The earlier HP24 is 15mm longer I believe the diesel tailend housing can be fitted to bring it back to the same length overall.
