Yorkshire 4x4

Hi,All
Anyone used Yorkshire 4x4
I won a rear step for my Disco on e-bay from the above company. Good so far and well pleased,step bought and payed for on june 10,by june19 no step so contacted seller. Replied eventually to say Parcel Force had damaged the step it was unrepairable so no step for me,not happy
I don't believe step was ever with parcel force and on june 21st still no refund.
Now the really angry bit,step is back on e-bay !!!!
Anyone any comments helpful one's please

If you paid by pay pal you should get your money back.

So what? Why should anyone care?

No-one knows you, so you might well be lying to besmirch their name ..

Get in touch with ebay and Paypal, no-one here can help.

Can only apologise used new log on name,been on before as johnny.1953 but couldn't get on with that for some reason.
Anyway have apologised and cannot do anymore.

start a claim! as ebay rules, if you have paid by paypal you will be ok,
BQ do steps and 10% off this weekend!!
