driver window on a 3 door tdi...

back to the stone age, so no electrics..which is good..

however...most of the support bar *the bit thats a goldie/ bronze colour metal that the ptfe runner sit in)...is in a rusty heap (heap is a bit of a word implying that the bits are still together, so maybe rusty pile of dust is more accurate...)

is in the bottom of the door chanel...

so, ive done a search, can find loads of mechanisms...all electric, very few manuals!

can you just get the 'chanel' bit on its own??

The hardest part of the job is getting the glass into the rubber insert believe me I've been there!
