There is a company in cornwall which used to make the dog cutch for the series 3 both 3 and 5 bearing, not sure of the name.

Seem to have solved the problem.
I contacted PG Winches, and they can supply the Drive Dog for £25+carriage+VAT.
Dont think thats too bad, at least I know that I can get one. One sold on Ebay last week for £51!!
Above winches are big, but none of them seem to be capstans

I had pto winch many years ago couldn't fault it only problem is you can't have an ovedrive with that type
only problem is you can't have an ovedrive with that type
