Yesssssssssssss its running

finally after relays, fuse boxes, becm repair, diesel pump solinoid and new ecu and almost a grand later its running, many thanks to many members espesially irishrover thats all i wanted to say

im not anyway even when its running right think ill be weary!

the first things i do when going on long journeys in the p38 is find a nearby scrap yard!!!

sounds like a good idea!

although the suspension is not working gav every time i been in it today and yesterday when i started it its moved and levelled so at least its not going right down

well at least your getting closer!!! i think you have had your share of the troubles. you will enjoy it once its all sorted tho!

Don't listen to the doom & gloom merchants:mooning: otherwise you won't take it beyond the end of the drive!!
As with all P38's...it's just a matter of keeping on top of niggles and looking after them. As everyone on here knows..they are not like your "Normal" car where you can get jobs done when it's serviced. They are unforgiving and will bite you on the a*se at evry opportunity. With experience, you will learn what can be left for a bit or what needs an immediate fix.
Fill it up get out on the road and ENJOY!!!!!
