I tried to insure an astra this week. My no claims is used on my landy so... me and my wife to drive £795 third party £580 fully comp...

How is fully comp cheaper than third party?

Statistically third party insured vehicle's tend to be pieces of **** and young people

My son (19) has fully comp on his fiesta cos its cheaper  fully comp £2200 THPFT about £2600 THP only over £3000 totaly  gave up arguing with them just took out FC.

Just to agree with fanatic about 3rd party insured cars being mostly **** ones, mine is is a ford focus diesel on a Cat 'C' and that costs £67 per month. Its a joke, and since its a cat c if it got nicked or burned they would pay out very little. Baarstards.

I passed my test aged 17 in februrary 2008, I had a ford fiesta 3 door, 1.3 limited driving hours, limited passengers £1,600

In June 2008 I turned 18 and bought the Series III, it dropped to £775. Its now about £550
