Hello, I am a Master's student at York University School of Management and I would like to ask for your help as I am graduating and need to complete the graduation questionnaire. My research project is to study the impact of corporate social responsibility on customer loyalty at Land Rover UK.
The questionnaire will only take a few minutes to complete and is anonymous as it is subject to the University of York's consent form and privacy policy, and I am concerned about the risk of infection due to Covid, so I will be completing my research online. Have you had much success from the other lesser Land Rover forums when you've asked the same question?

plus 1 , loose money with buying a new motor as u drive it out the showroom

indeed, funny though how land rover in some other countries will put things like the oil and crank right without question,yet as we know JLR uk won’t even admit there’s a problem
 
I would say most people don't think about corporate social responsibility.. whatever that is.. only about price miles per gallon and tax. Some might think about optional extras, or paint colour, or reliability, some might also think about NCAP
