Classic Would it fail an MOT?

If I took out my rear seats, seatbelts and secured my rear doors so they will not open would this fail MOT? I understand that you can buy a discovery "commercial" without rear seats etc?

Your thoughts please as I would like to make the room as I never use the rear seats..

We had a Disco 4 Commercial, rear doors opened and closed, rear windows were locked closed, but no back seats.....

Looking at MOT link I think the doors will still have to open but I can remove seats and belts. Especially if the commercial you had still had opening rear doors.

Took mine for an MOT with nothing but the front seats and dashboard, it passed no questions.

Mot tester will enter actual number of seats, no problem. You were right to remove seat belts. Don't know about rear door
