P38A Worn tyres inner rear

Now that I have the fuel pump done and the next couple of jobs planned, I need to look at the other obvious issue. Currently both rear tyres are worn on the inside, I am not sure if the previous owner rotated the tyres for some reason so need pointers on what to check to see if it is an issue with the back end.

Guessing he rotated the tyres. Only thing back there is the rear panhard?

Yes. And a few radius arm joints.

How would I swap the bushes using OEM replacements and no special tool or would you recommend poly bushes?

I've wondered the same thing. Apparently you need a big press. On little cars Ed China (Wheeler Dealers fame) has wound bushes in and out using a long bolt with washers and a socket. Not sure if that would work?
