Workshop manual for 2005 110 TD5 CSW

Does anyone know where I can obtain a downloadable workshop manual for a 2005 110 TD5 Station Wagon?

I have the older Haynes manual which covers the Defender up to 1998, but only covers the 300TDi, nothing about the TD5.

I have tried a free download site that had various Land Rover manuals available, but none of them seem to be available anymore (LAND ROVER MANUALS DOWNLOAD).

I would also like to know what oils to use in the engine, gearbox, transfer gearbox, and diffs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
