Hi guys need some help trying to wire my work lights please . I've done all the wires ok but it's the switch and the relay I need help with. Stupid me bought a switch that fits straight into a spare hole in my dash from land rover and I can't find a wiring diagram for it I've found one simular for spot lights not work lights the switch is a rear fog light one with five wires thanks andy

Hi big white 110 sorry I can't find a picture of the switch but it's a rear fog switch from land rover similar to the YUG000540LNF one but it's YUG000530LNF hope that helps thanks

Thats a non latching switch so not straight forward.

If you want the switch front to look like a Light swich you could buy a Puma heated seat and swap the fronts over

Thanks for the info it has a light symbol on the front now as it's a fog light switch I bought it so I it would fit straight into my dash without drilling any holes if I had known it would be this much trouble I would of got an ordinary switch so any help is much appreciated thanks again

I think getting a correct TD5 switch is the way to go if you want to switch it from the cab.

However, it makes it complex with that switch. As I said you could get a Heated Seat switch and swap the covers or just get an old Defender interior light switch like this..

On a TD5 there is a small hole just under the Dash clocks that fits this switch. It's already there so no drilling.

I have a Rear lamp and I can switch it from the cab or from inside the rear door. I never use the cab switch.

I suggest you look at this post
