I've just seen the price of the Wolf door tops - about 3x the std price! If that's any guide it may be better to get one made if you have a pattern. I needed a glass pane for my camper roof and got a quote from autoglass - about £50. I had one as a pattern. In the end I bought some perspex and made my own as a temporary fix that working fine 4 years on...

Perspex was my last option but if the glass of wolf doors is anywhere the frame price ill make my own

You could try one of the CAB glazing companies that supply replacement glass to agriculture and construction.
