:p Wish I had a work space that big
Where's your chassis from? And how much? (if you don't mind me asking  )
Will be getting one myself shortly :)
Richards chassis and I paid £1500 delivered.... I ordered before they put the price up! It's all the other stuff that makes the price go up!

Cool. Richards is who I was going to go with as they're only down the road

£1434 for a standard chassis if I collect. You get some money knocked of the list price? As mines over £1500 with delivery

Ok guys I'm 3 days away from deadline.... I think I'm going to make it I have engine and box in and bulkhead on but I need help, the chassis has no holes for brake line clips so I'm going to have to drill holes for the new clips.... The old lines were replacements and didn't take a particularly nice line down the chassis to the back axle.... So can I have a picture of your brake lines going from the bulkhead to the rear flexi, thanks

don't have a 90, but if they are like the 110 it runs down the top of the offside rail next to the fuel lines. iirc it uses the same clips.

if i were you, i would not be drilling holes in the chassis. i wouldn't want to harm the galv.

for now just use large zip ties to keep them in place on the chassis rails, then come up with a better idea later on. like use rtv/silka to glue some clips on.

if you are going to drill, then spray it with a zinc rich paint like galvafroid.

I'm fine with the running down the rail it's the bit by the a frame I'm not keen on just looks nasty! And yeah I thought about cable ties but my mot is this mont... Will it pass with just ties on?

shouldn't fail on zip ties, i've had pipes zipped for years and years with no issues.

you could put some hose over them to stop chafing. the proper connectors would be best though.. but you only have 3 days left :D

I've got the clips.... I may try bonding into place! See what happens! Slightly annoying richards chassis don't think of this because I'll have the same issue with fuel lines...

yeah, seems odd. give them a ring and ask.

good luck, i'm finishing off a engine conversion on a 110 tomorrow, so pm if you need any pics while i'm under it :)

I hope you turn the chassis the right way round for the MOT :D

Looking good by the way, keep up the good work.
