wiring 200tdi disco wing mirrors to 300tdi

iv recently got some 200tdi doors to replace my slightly bent 300 ones, not the window mechs are different and needs the whole caboodle swapping, but for now iv just altered wiring loom (200 are so much faster than 300 lol) but the 300 mirrors wont go on the 200 doors so iv decided to keep the 200 (there smalller aswell which i like)

however the wiring is totally, different, does anybody know how these would need to be wired?
