Wipers coming on when headlight or / and indicator is on.

Every time I have my headlight on the wipers come on intermittently. This wasn't a problem but now it's getting dark it's becoming impossible to live with. Also it's shredding my wipers. If I have the headlights on and the wipers are not on, if I indicate either direction they'll definitely come on.

I've checked all fuses and they all seem fine. Is this a stalk issue?

I'm not overly mechanically minded and I definitely don't know a great deal about electrics but ill do my best.
