Wiper motor switch failure?

Hi All,
I have an 04 Discovery with wiper fault. Will not park the wipers and intermittent stops where it feels like it! Reading the forums it sounds like a wiper motor stop switch. How easy is it to change? Thanks, Jon:confused:
