Wiper gearing

Hi all,

Wipers on the 1989 110 suddenly stopped working last night.

Managed to get them working for a short time this AM but then stopped again

Undone some dash and the arm is moving on the passenger side of the passenger wiper motor (if that makes sense) but nothing else

Can anyone give me some guidance please? Ideally would love to use it today!

There is only one wiper motor on the near side that drives a spiral cable to the wheelbox's like the one in your pic.
