We fitted washer jets that clamp onto the wiper arm onto my Dads Mk1 Escort rally car. They spray just in front on the blade. Can't remember where they came from. Poss Autosparks or Merlin can't multi task on my phone or I would search a link.

Mine are off a 57 reg merc splinter, they just clip onto the wipe arm by the blade .

You can buy a kit on eBay, but I bought Peugeot spray arms and used aquatic pipe & T-pieces from B&Q to connect it all together.
